Small Group Fitness

 

Join our women’s-only small group training sessions for an energizing and effective workout.

 

Our 45-minute free weight functional fitness sessions are offered Monday through Friday at convenient times.

  • 5:00 AM: Start your day with an early morning boost.
  • 6:00 AM:Perfect for those with busy schedules.
  • 9:00 AM:Get your workout in during the morning hours.
  • 3:45 PM:This is provided Monday Wednesday Friday currently and a big hit for women who work early.

Private Personal Training

 

If you prefer personalized attention, our private personal training sessions are ideal for you. You’ll have the entire gym to yourself, working one-on-one with your dedicated trainer.
